P2.25 Pipeline Operator Workflow for the ODI-PPA: A Novel Approach for Processing and Validating User Data

The One Degree Imager- Portal, Pipeline, and Archive (ODI-PPA) represents a new paradigm in processing and serving user data taken on an astronomical science instrument. One novel aspect of the system is the interface used by the pipeline operator to (1) process raw data into usable data products and (2) validate the data products for photometric and astrometric integrity. ODI-PPA is designed to assist the pipeline operator in selecting specific raw input data (calibration and science data) and produces diagnostic plots with the data products, allowing for efficient quality assessment. The operator workflow is presented in detail.
