Yanxia Zhang (National Astronomical Observatories,CAS)

With the establishment and development of space-based and ground-based observational facilities, the improvement of scientific output of high-costly facilities is still a hot issue for astronomers. The discovery of new and rare quasars attracts much attention. Different methods to select quasar candidates are in bloom.
